Carving pumpkins

The whole family got together to carve pumpkins at grandma and grandpas

All 13 pumpkins turned out great!

Dressing up

We had a Halloween party to attend but we had not planned costumes. At the last minute I decided to dress up as a nurse, and Steve as my patient. We used some first aid supplies and bandaged up his head and arm, then I used some of my school supplies to attach an IV and catheter.
A little yellow food coloring in water added to the effect.
He won for the best costume!

Pumpkin Patch

We had a few hours on this sunny Saturday afternoon so we decided to go to the pumpkin patch. We took a hayride out to the field......

Ryan and Mackenzie chose huge pumpkins.

They had to roll them across the field to get back on the wagon.
